Currently Senior Software Engineer in BSH's RAISE-SW GenAI team, building production AI agents inside the software delivery pipeline. Also elected Betriebsrat (works council member) at BSH, responsible for how AI rollouts actually land in a 60,000-person company.

What I think about: software delivery in the GenAI era, end-to-end. Requirements, architecture, knowledge management, CI/CD, background agents — the daily friction, not the keynote-talk version.
